As an animal hospital that provides pet boarding, we are able to monitor your pet for any medical problems that may arise while you are away and provide treatment as necessary.   Our boarding facility has a separate quiet cat boarding room, and 30 double dog runs, half of which are enclosed by full-glass retractable doors to allow for maximal ambient light and fresh air. Each dog has two spacious runs and can play in our large outdoor exercise areas if requested.  Cats are housed in cat condos (more spacious cages with perches) and a fish tank for amusement.

When you check in for boarding, you will be asked to fill out our Boarding Check In Form to provide an emergency contact, feeding & medication instructions, and any other information you wish our staff to know about your pet's care.  Please ask our staff for more information, prices, or to tour our facility.  See our FAQ section below for more information.

ALL PETS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE ON VACCINATIONS (INCL. BORDETELLA), FREE OF EXTERNAL PARASITES, & HAVE A CURRENT NEGATIVE FECAL ANALYSIS

Boarding FAQ's:

Will my dog be exercised outside?

We provide (optional) 30 minutes of outdoor exercise time in one of our 2 large outdoor exercise areas if weather permits.   There is an additional fee of $5.00 per day of exercise time received. Please indicate on our boarding check-in sheet if you wish your pet to have outdoor exercise time.

What will you feed my pet and how often?

We provide both canned and dry cat and dog food.  If you prefer your pet stay on its own food, or if your pet is on a prescription food, we ask that you bring your pet's food with them.  As per your instructions, we will feed once or twice daily the amount of food you specify.

Should I bring my pet's bedding, toys, treats, etc.?

We provide towels or blankets for ALL pets.  Toys and treats are welcome.

Should I bring my pet's medications?

Yes, we will administer any needed medications for an additional $4.00 per day.

When can I drop off or pick up my pet?

Your pet can be dropped off or picked up whenever the hospital is open.  Please be aware the hospital is closed on Sundays & major holidays.

Can my pet be bathed while boarding?

If you would like your pet to be bathed prior to pick up, we request that you pick up in the afternoon as the bath will be done that morning.  Cats will be bathed only if the cat tolerates the bath or you approve sedation for the bath.  If your pet is boarding for 7 or more nights, the bath is complimentary.  With dogs staying for a week or longer, a bath is suggested.
