Get To Know Our Customer Care Coordinators

Our friendly and courteous customer care coordinators are much more than receptionists.  In addition to making appointments, and processing payments, our customer care coordinators are here to make your visit to our hospital as pleasant as possible.  They are available to answer questions related to scheduling, billing, and basic animal care.  Our customer care coordinators have both a love of animals and many years of experience at our hospital.  Jean Marie Barbieri (front) recently joined our practice and likes to travel, go to the beach, and cook.  Lorraine Horton (left) has been with us since 2002- she has been active singing in various choirs and square dancing.  Norma Fiore (right) has been with us since 2004 and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Norma is also our certified Puppy Care Class instructor. These fun and informative classes teach new puppy owners basic obedience, first-aid, and general medical information.  When you are here for your pet's next visit, have a little chat and get to know our front desk staff.
